No, walk-ins are welcome! However, if you are coming with a large group, to best accommodate you, appointments are recommended to ensure seating.

We accept walk-in customers up to one hour until close. This simply ensures you will have ample time to paint and not feel rushed to finish your piece. If you are only coming to pick up a piece, you may come up until one hour before closing time as we may close if we have no painters.

Unfortunately, no. For the safety of our kiln and the pricing scale set in place, all items painted and fired at Botanical Brush must be purchased here.

We will keep items up to 60 days after your visit if necessary. We will attempt to reach you with the provided phone number. After this amount of time, it is essential we clear out room for newer pieces, so please make sure you make arrangements accordingly.

Yes! Birthday parties, corporate events, large family get togethers are just a few of the many events we can host. For parties and events, we charge our standard price per piece. Our current maximum capacity is 40 painters. You can put in an event request by filling out this form.

It takes approximately 7-10 days for us to glaze and then fire your piece in the kiln. We always send an email letting you know when it is ready.

We charge based on the piece you select. That price includes supplies, paint, glazing and the kiln firing. Pricing depends on the size and detail of the piece selected. Most of our pieces are between $25-$35, but we have several pieces outside that range as well. Our cheapest item begins at just $10!

While we love pets, we kindly ask that you leave them at home when visiting our studio, as we are unable to accommodate them on the premises. Thank you for your understanding

Kids are always welcome to join in the fun! We kindly ask that they are supervised and behave appropriately to ensure a great experience for everyone. To ensure the safety of our customers and pottery, our studio has a strict no running rule. Our staff will politely warn children to stop running. If it continues, we will ask you to leave and come back another time. Our minimum age for birthday parties with more than 8 kids is 8 years old.

Yes! You can certainly come back to finish painting your masterpiece! We kindly ask that you do so within two weeks of your initial visit and come back on a weekday (Monday-Friday, closed Tuesday).
