No, walk-ins are welcome! However, if you are coming with a large group, to best accommodate you, appointments are recommended to ensure seating.

We accept walk-in customers up to one hour until close. This simply ensures you will have ample time to paint and not feel rushed to finish your piece. If you are only coming to pick up a piece, you may come up until closing time.

Unfortunately, no. For the safety of our kiln and the pricing scale set in place, all items painted and fired at Botanical Brush must be purchased here.

We will keep items up to 60 days after your visit if necessary. We will attempt to reach you with the provided phone number. After this amount of time, it is essential we clear out room for newer pieces, so please make sure you make arrangements accordingly. For shipping options, click here.

It takes approximately 7-10 days for us to glaze and then fire your piece in the kiln. We always send an email letting you know when it is ready.

We charge based on the piece you select. That price includes supplies, paint, glazing and the kiln firing. Pricing depends on the size and detail of the piece selected. Our cheapest item begins at just $10!
